New Zealand pilsner? What in the world is that? Good question. For our interpretation, we combine a soft water profile of a Czech pils, with the heavy-handed hopping of a German pils. Layered additions of Motueka, Nelson, Riwaka, and Pacific Sunrise lead to a beautiful citrus-forward flavor in an eminently drinkable package.
