Cultivate is an experimental wet-hop IPA made in collaboration with CLS Farms and RipeLocker. It is brewed with wet, unprocessed Comet and El Dorado® hops from CLS Farms in the Yakima Valley of Washington. The wet hops were stored using RipeLockers, which dramatically increased the longevity of the unprocessed hops.
