This experimental IPA was fermented with a wild yeast known as “Brettanamyces”, Brett for short. Hopped exclusively with Galaxy, the yeast and hops combine to make an exceptionally fruity beer, with a small amount of tartness and funk. We smell insane citrus and stone fruit on the nose, followed suit with flavors of tangerine, nectarine, a restrained funk, and mild acidity. An interesting beer for sure, this one is sure to please anyone looking for something “different”.
