All Sours Eve- Beer Release

We will be releasing 2 brand new sours and re-releasing an old favorite!
Solstice Solera-This is a beer we have been excited about for the past 8 months. Brewed on the winter solstice in 2019, we fermented and aged this mix fermented Saison in oak for 7 months with a blend of Saison yeast, wild yeast, and a small amount of lactic acid bacteria. Naturally carbonated in this bottle, our first mixed fermentation beer is finally ready to enjoy!
Bellini Weisse begins its journey with our base, Berliner Weisse. We then referment with 400 gallons of fresh viognier juice and top it off with 420 pounds of Peach! Dry, effervescent, and incredibly brunch worthy!
Pulp’d Blackberry is making a comeback! Made with almost 1,500lbs of blackberry puree (close to 1lb per gallon). This dark purple, light, tart, and jammy wheat-based Berliner is refreshing and perfect for the cooler weather
