Originally founded as a brewing arm of the Trout Book Brew Pub, Thomas Hooker Brewery has been making world class beers in Hartford and Bloomfield, CT since 2006. For this edition of the Chef to Brewery Series, we are very pleased to once again visit the Thomas Hooker Brewery in Bloomfield, which has recently undergone a major revamp and upgrade. More popular than ever, the Thomas Hooker beers are award winning and make a perfect accompaniment to the Celebration of Spring menu of Chefs Hunter Morton and Steve Michalewicz.

Eventbrite fees are included in the ticket price.

Cancellation/Refund Policy – ticket purchases can be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the event (6pm April 25th). Within 48 hours of the event, refunds will be issued in the form of a Max Restaurant Group Gift Card for future use at any MRG location. In the event of inclement weather and the event has to be post-poned, the event will be rescheduled and all ticket purchases will be honored for the new date. MRG reserves the right to cancel or host the event and final decisions on all refunds. We apologize, but Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
