Brewers Cut – Bourbon

Brewer’s Cut began its journey to your glass in October of 2019. For this vintage, we are excited to release 3 barrel variants of the same base beer. Following fermentation and brief conditioning in stainless, we laid this variant to rest in 4-year straight bourbon barrels from Litchfield Distillery. Expect this variation to exhibit more traditional bourbon barrel-aged qualities such as oak, bourbon-soakeddddd caramel candies, a slight roast, and the perfect amount of bourbon heat.
